Why a one-time price instead of a subscription?
Because you're studying for one exam, not renting a treadmill. You buy the bank — or the bundle — once and it's yours, with no recurring charge or surprise renewal. An optional all-access membership across every cert is on the roadmap for people who want it, but the core offer will always be a simple one-time price.
What's your refund policy?
The first 10 questions are free with no card, so you can try before you buy. Paid plans ship with a clear refund policy — full terms are on the refund page.
Are updates included?
Yes. When we revise questions or add explanations to a bank you already own, you get the updates at no extra cost.
How long do I have access?
Access doesn't expire. Buy the Full Bank or the bundle once and practice as long as you need — right up to exam day and beyond.
What about the per-attempt diagnostic unlock?
The standalone $50 diagnostic — a full per-attempt breakdown of one practice test — is included in the Full Bank, so once you own the bank every attempt's diagnostic is yours. You can still unlock a single attempt's diagnostic for $50 on its own if that's all you need.
