About the CIPP/US exam

CIPP/US is the benchmark credential for privacy professionals in the United States, administered by the IAPP. It validates mastery of the U.S. privacy framework — federal statutes (FTC, HIPAA, GLBA, FCRA, FERPA), the wave of state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and beyond), workplace privacy, and government access.
